Yes newspaper is ok just give her other things too like dried apple branches, grass mats, wooden parrot toys, etc. You need to control the food. 2 - You should control her food. She should have unlimited hay, restricted pellets (depending on age), and veggies daily. Fruit should be reserved at treats only. Go to www.rabbits.org for more info on diet.
3 - Rabbits have two digestive systems. Simply put, one goes in the litterbox, one goes back in them. It's perfectly normal for her to eat some of what comes out.
