New born rabbit broken leg?

its day old i just found it its leg is broken and i cant take it to the vet right now what do i do to make it more comfortable?
Answers:
OK well you need to call your parents and GET THEM TO TAKE IT TO THE VET!
Would you just sit around if your leg was broken, HELL NO.
Leaving this animal like it is , is classed As "ANIMAL CRUELTY"
If your parents can't affords the vet them call your local humane society to come get your rabbits and let them care for them, because if your not gonna care or able to care for your animal what on earth are you doing with pets , let alone breeding them!!!

15 is no excuse for not being able to get to the vet, there are buses and neighbours, Get your bunny sorted out Pronto
Call your vet. Your rabbit needs attention. Would you want to be left with a broken leg for in indeterminate period of time! Besides, the longer it stays that way, the more damage that is done to surrounding tissue.
nothing. take to vet asap
1. it needs to be feed milk-first choice would be goats milk
2. fresh not pasteurized/homogenized etc.
3. straighten the leg-be careful-it's easily broken and will bend
4. tape the leg with splints-these can be crafted from any straight sticks, but should be wrapped with cloth to avoid abrading the skin/bone then taped
5. if the break is in a joint there is nothing you can do-if it's front leg not a great problem, but if it's a rear leg and in a joint there is nothing you can do.
6. unless you've got a lot of money it's over it will cost several hundred dollars to repair a joint-surgery and you have to go in and wire the joint
7. with a wild rabbit and it's rear leg it would never live in the wild. so you keep it/cage it/feed it/care for it/FOREVER or you put it in a baggy and close the baggy. when the air begins to be used up in the baggy the rabbit will simply go to sleep-it will not feel any pain.
