I was told she was pregnant when I bought her and she was due on august 19th but she hasn't had them yet. She has milk coming out of her is that a sure fact that she is pregnant?

yes it is true she was. if this is her first litter then the odds are that they died. first time moms don't know how to take are of their babies because their motherly instincts haven't kicked in. if she hasn't had them then they will come any day now. the milk will go away as soon as she is aware she has no babies to feed. hope i helped!
Lactation doesn't usually start until after the babies are born. It's sounds like something is wrong. I suggest taking her to the vet immediately.
